a few people said they never came from the factory chrome only polished if their chrome its not done by the factory

im looking for 1 rh 93 cobra wheel , finish doesnt matter condition of silver paint doesnt matter much either ... looking to buy asap

ive seen a ac cobra car like that at a show, it ilegal to drive a car on the street thats painted like that..(so i heard)
ive also seen a truck online that use that chrome as a base coat and candy orange over it , said it cost him 20k but the truck looked bas a##
