Thanks for the info…I picked up the rivet gun from harbor freight as well. Replaced my driver’s door handle this afternoon…piece of cake. The repo handles seem to stick out further than the OEM’s, but other than that they look and work great.

My car has 6/25 stamped on the radiator support….are you sure about the car being at the dealer 7/29?

The glove box is very clear on the 8/6/93…might have been written by a non-American worker at the plant and it was 6/8/93

My cars DOB is 6/25/93 and 7/29/93 is written in black marker under the hood. This weekend I removed the glove box and found 8/6/93 written with yellow marker on the back.
I doubt it took that long to build…any thoughts.

Thinking about having the Cobra repainted, it will need a complete paint job along with some minor dent repair. The car still has all the original VIN tags, can they mask over them so they stay intact? I have $2K-$3K to spend is that enough to get a quality paint job? I’m not looking for a show winn...
