Re: I have warranty card and original bill of sale for 1474
Congrats on getting the car back!! Just curious if it still has the AFR's on it and the Buddy Rawls cam? The car ran really strong for NA 302.

Re: shocks and struts
When I had a lowered Cobra, I had Tokico 5-way adjustable shocks and struts. Couldnt have been happier with them .

Re: 1998 Cobra wheels on 93
Didn't the 98 Cobra come stock with the 95 Cobra R style wheels? If that's the case there are tons of pics of 93s with those style wheels.

Most "stock-like" exhaust???
I would also recommend you ditch the OEM H-pipe. Put it up in the attic and save it for the next guy. You will have more HP, less drone and the classic foxbody sound with the off road H pipe and Flowmasters. I don't know about an OR H-pipe reducing drone. OR H-pipe + Flowmaster = DroneMaster. Been ...

Springs for these cars are relatively inexpensive. You're better off just buying new from somewhere that has free shipping like American Muscle.

Re: 03/04 Cobra T56 Swap in 1993 Cobra
The transmission swap is a "bolt right in" type of deal, assuming you have all of the necessary parts for the swap. There is no cutting or hacking required. I purchased my car from the original owner with 79k original miles. It is so hard to accuratley gauge the value of a Cobra because t...

Thanks!SPEEDFREEK wrote:Nothing to it. Remove the plastic interior panel on the inside of the hatch and you will see the bolts and then the felt pads on each side cover up bolts as well.

Quick question about your build. Well done by the way! What are you using to charge the AC system R134 or do you have a stash of R12?
