Just had a local look at it and he knows more about rust on cars here he said it could be treated easy. On the down side he pointed out that the rear brake lines should be replaced. I believe it's just the salt on the roads here when u pull up the carpet the floor looks great so I know the car was not flooded. As far as mods pipes raido and cold air are the only mods.
