Svt #1465
Had these pictures taken over the weekend! I think they are cool as could be. Almost looks like it could be a ford magazine shoot introducing a new (old) mustang https://s32.postimg.org/qx3etpp4h/image.jpg https://s32.postimg.org/6ed42e0kx/image.jpg https://s32.postimg.org/fanw6br75/image.jpg https:...

Re: Cam swap with stock heads
Yes I know cam alone won't do much for performance gains. If any at all. Although, I am after the lumpy idle now. I really like the sounds of the b303 cam. I am trying to decide between the b303, e303, and tfs1, with the b303 being my favorite. I know there are other cam makers out there, but I do l...

Cam swap with stock heads
Hey guys, I want to do a cam swap on my car but keep the stock heads. I've been told this really can't be done because the height of the intake vs the exhaust is different and the retainers are different. Does this make sense? The explanation kind of went in one ear and out the other. Is it hard or ...

Re: I FINALLY got a Cobra
Congrats on the cobra Larry. It sure is pretty. Believe it or not I had dibs on this gem, the owner swore up and down he was giving me first option but you must have sweet talked him because he went back on his word and sold it to you instead. I hate when that happens, but it appears it found a goo...

Yes, in my opinion, what you described what your looking for and that price range is reasonable and possible.

Re: I FINALLY got a Cobra
Thanks for the compliments guys!
Man, it seems like forever in the making.
I've had several other cool vehicles, but for some reason the 93 has a special place in my heart.
Thanks again for the positive comments.

I FINALLY got a Cobra
After many many years searching, posting annoying wanted adds on various boards, all the annoying private messages, and the relentless tire kicking I finally got a cobra. This car came from a one original owner, just turned 21k miles. All vins present, all original sheet metal, original paint and ev...

Re: Does it really matter?
Plenty of low end grunt (and high end power) available with a Vortech! Maybe, but a centrifugal Vortech is basically a belt driven turbo that needs some RPM to shine. A positive displacement blower like the KB I mentioned gives you that off idle, tire shredding grunt similar to that of a larger cub...

That does sound like a lot of money. Although it would be perfect for me. I am and have been looking for a teal forever. Also, it was born on my birthday which is cool all in itself! Larry What are you looking for in a teal car? Great question and I'm glad you asked! I'm looking for a teal that I c...
