Alternator

Post by Dantak »

Since the fiasco with my clutch, I've decided to post here before I buy new parts. I need a new alternator. I'm okay sticking with the stock power but would upgrade if I could afford it. I don't want to spend more than $100. Recommendations?

Stock used I wouldn't prolly pay more than 40 for. A stock reman sells for about 80 at Autozone. The higher end new ones sell for about 120+ at Autozone. But those are still stock amps. This would be the highest I could justify going. $170 for a 95 amp alternator. That's quite a bit more than I can afford now though.
