Understandable, my friend.
It's a tough pill to swallow, but it sounds like the best thing to do is work at getting your finances back in order; maybe make a few extra bucks here and there, deposit it in a car fund, then shop for another car. Things are going to be tight in this country for a while yet, which means that the cars will be available for very reasonable money for at least the next few years. Another will come along at just the right time.
