not much progress lately. These pics where taken a few weeks ago before the RMMR. I'll get some more updates shortly.
Dry fit the new intake, as expected it hits the strut strut tower brace, new one is in order. I'll be custom making one to look like the origional yet actually fit.

I got some of the accessories on as well.

Whats the status on this one man?
I have gotten a little done lately, been slow going. I got the battery in the trunk/hatch, need to finish up the wring. The carpet looks pretty good,
. Last night I picked up my new driveline (had to get one 1” shorter due to moving the engine back) and I got the freshly powder coated valve covers on. This weekend I'll get the final wiring done, get the intake on and get the air inlet sorted out. I need to fabricate some parts due to the 90mm MAF I’m running on the 347, and my custom ram air. I still need to order a radiator and a few other parts. This making things look similar to stock takes much longer than just bolting aftermarket parts on! I’ll post some updated pics this weekend. My new goal is to have in on the dyno by the end of this month.

Been a while for pics, here are a few from the past coupel weekends. Progress has been slow, been doing some work ont he side on other people cars. Today i lowerd a 2010 GT500, looks much better -1".
Here is how the back finished up with a trunk mount battery. Thanks for the carpet Aaron!

Bruce at Modern Driveline hooked me up with an Aluminum Driveline 1" shorter due to moving the engine/trans back, Thanks Bruce!!

I got the freshly powder coated valve covers on and a few little items. Radiator is a test fit, it will look a bit more stock once complete.

No problem Man, I am glad the Motor and K-member I sold you as well worked out. That short Block was a beauty, wish i would have kept it. Oh well can't have it all. And I would have never used the K-Member.drkhrse wrote:Been a while for pics, here are a few from the past coupel weekends. Hey guys! It has been forever sense I have been on here. Doesn’t look like I missed much.... Well in the last two months I managed to travel to Detroit for a week for work, Orange County for a week to visit my brother and his family, and I spent 10 days in Singapore for work. Needless to say I have been pretty busy and the R has been sitting. Back in early October I did get it running and got it on the dyno to tune. She laid down 365 rwhp and 375 rwtq, all motor! My buddy Philip did a killer job putting the final touches on the 347. I’ll post some current pics here pretty soon. Now I’m trying to decide what hood to get. I want a light weight stock looking hood to fab a custom heat extractor vent into. I’m thinking of this one by Carbon Creations, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 0923783777 anyone run there stuff?

I plan to paint the top side, I want the car to look sorta stock when it's closed. A good fiberglass hood would work too.buddha wrote:Never heard of them, but I don't like carbon fiber stuff......lol!
They look to have a good product though.

Question about the rear seat delete on those cars. Did Ford just pull out the back seat and cover it with carpet or is there some special insert that they made for them. Also, where can you get the carpet ? I want to pull the backseat from mine and dont really want to spend $300 on some flimsy attachment that the carpet doesnt match.
