I found this old post.
Your thoughts would be if you saw a Teal Cobra running a Vanity State Tag displaying... (1 of 74)

Or, any other suggestion for a custom Vanity Tag

You will probly never in your life time run into anybody that actully gets it and you will have to explain why its 1 of 74 to everyone. I almost got 1 of 185 on my last teal/black but decided not too for that reason. my curent 93 Cobra tag is RARE FOX on Ohio Collector plates.

Yea, Im affraid of that. Was also thinking RDDJ13C. LOL... This looks like it came from the UK. I bet nobody can figure that one out.

You could just simply just do the build number of the car! I wouldn't do either one of those you suggested, too much explaining. How many characters can you have?

I had Last 93, on 4993 for a long time, I got wierd questions! But just have a normal Utah Tag on it now.
