The very first Cobra in town was sold to one of the guys in the Body shop at the Local Ford Dealer (Valley Ford). I've known the car vaguely through the years, about a month ago, he needed to sell it.

Well the first time I got to drive the 93 was like a local avenue hang out. I was in love with the power and as you know back in 93 there was pretty much nothing to touch it. I was doing some stoplight to stoplight racing and have been beating other 5.0's all night and a few older camaros. So I was at the red light and there were 3 older like 87-88 ninja crouch rockets beside me. So I told my friend what the hell lets race them. Of course I didnt think I had a shot but I wanted to try. So I raced them to the next light and two of them were well out ahead of me but 1 of them was actually at my quarter panel. When I hit 2nd gear it just seemed like the cobra jumped off all fours and really went!!!!! I was proud to atleast hang with one of them. They all gave me the thumbs up and they were on there way. No granted remember back in the day. Motorcycles were not near as fast as they are today. That is one that will always stick with me.
