Theory on Cobra color
Guys while Im a real noobie here I was noticing a little good natured ribbing as to what color Cobra is the favorite. Therefore, I am proposing a theory about the colors and see if the rest of you can expand on the theory. I propose that the blacks and reds were young folk favorites and ultimately were purchased and owned by younger drivers thus eliminating many of their numbers prematurely via wreaking and chopping up. The teals on the other hand were snapped up by older drivers and therefore have a longer life span. I wonder what the percentages of existing blacks, reds and teals is based on original numbers made? Since joining I have noticed a high number of Teals. If this has been discussed before I beg your indulgence of this "oldernu" driver.

Re: Theory on Cobra color
I have a red that purchased by s man in in his 70s, and I know of a teal that was bought for a high school kid, so not too sure about this.and I still think all the teals are just being rotated and bought and sold all the time , seems the same cars come up all the time
Re: Theory on Cobra color
I seem to see more red and black cobras bought and stored as collector vehicles while the teals have been driven. Not sure though maybe its all an illusion since they made less teal.

Re: Theory on Cobra color
Got my teal.... BEST COLOR.... In 95. I was 18 years 2 days old. Black is only sharp clean and oxidized red just wasn't what t I wanted. Actually I like the red but I went to a race in a few weeks before and a ton of reds where there, no blacks or teals. One red had no2 and the purge was at the cobra on the fender.
