I know that this a strange question, but does anyone know what bulb to use? Or replacement bulb?

If you have the owners manual, replacement bulbs/fuses are listed in it.

I leave mine out. On the rare occasion I take the 93 to a car show, I don't want the light on the whole time the hood is open.

I'm pretty sure it's not a 194 bulb. It's a bit bigger than those.

EDIT: It's a 906.

My underhood light has shined bright at many a car show with no problems.

It hasn't happened yet in over 25 car shows. I'll take my chances!

...as opposed to what? Yes, the bulb pulls out. I just leave it out. Were the Foxes the last Mustangs with an underhood light? I don't think my others have one.
