PO swapped the original shifter for a POS one that was real sloppy. Unfortunately he didn't have the original so I threw in a Pro 5.0. I love how tight it is, snaps into each gear.

Is the snapping due to being a short shifter,?? I test drove a teal one day it had a short shifter, it snapped too, liked it

Yeah shorty, reduces throw by like 30% and the adjustable stops prevent over shifting.

Overshift is when u shift from like first to third? Is a shorty recommended?

Let me rephrase and I'm sure someone with more knowledge can chime in. Most over shifting is first to second which the adjustable stops prevent the shifter from going too far back. Shorty shifter are recommended if you want to reduce throw when going thru the gears. Pro 50 does both and they have a patent which makes the 2-3 shift smoother and prevent missing 3 when you are getting into it.

I'll start with I shampooed my Cobra mats, changed my speedo gear, and put some dressing on my serpentine belt.

i am new and don't know if i am in the right place But i have a question did all each and everyone 93 cobras come with a power driver seat since it was a $180 option can anyone help. thank you. I have ordered a Marti report

Welcome Dale, my COBRA is manual seat, think I like it better than power only because it would be something less to worry bout if it needs replacing

Drove the Cobra the farthest since I got it home. About 20 miles round trip yesterday to lunch with my daughter.
