Well after finally wanting one for the past 18 years I finally found an original 93 Cobra. Ive always loved the foxbodies and to me the 93 Cobra was the best of them. Been looking and looking and wanting and I finally found one that didnt cost more than buying a brand new Mustang.
The car number is 1087 and it was born in March 1993. Its vibrant red with grey leather interior. 1 of 1007 made. The cars in great shape no dents, runs good, and its all original except for exhaust and a CAI kit. Cars got a few miles on it but still runs good. The body is straight as well as the all the fenders and doors. Paint is excellent! The motors never been into that I know of.
Once I get the certificate of authenticity Ill put it in the registry.
The only things I could find wrong with it was a broken drivers seat and passenger door lock actuator which are being fixed as we speak. The only other thing I found wrong is a broken clock spring or whatever you call it in the steering wheel thats causing the air bag last to blink from time to time and the horn not to work.
Dont plan on modding it anymore than putting this turbo kit on it and thats pretty much it. Maybe tint the windows on it. Looking forward to taking it Mustang Week this year!
Im going this week to pick it up. Ill post pics of it after I pick it up. Looking forward to being a memeber of this site!

I had found a black on black one in SC about 4 hrs from me for $9000 to $10,000 and talked to the guy about but wanted to go look at it. I sent him a message but he never replied back to me. He said it had 94,000 original miles on it.

I would like to find one with less then 25k miles and as much paperwork I can get with it, I would settle for a gray cloth car too.

Door actuators are not too bad, just make sure to keep the giant pop rivet gun hard against the door when putting the new one on. Luckily for me my son-in-law is part gorilla, (he benched 390lb !!!! last week), and helped me change mine.

Luckily the guy I bought it from fixed the actuator for me.
