Do you have paint on your computer? If so take a pic of your choice and go to paint, then adjust the size til it fits

I am on one too, you can adjust the size of pics with the photobucket app, thats what I use to put pics on here anyways

I upload to photobucket and use the thumb nail image as my avatar.

So if your image is named image.jpg use th_image.jpg.
