Re: 1FACP42D6PF142110
Brett,
2185 should have 64,000 miles not 647,000 miles. although 647,000 would be very impressive.

Think owners of Cobra's with the 1 million odometer would ever get to that many miles eventually??

Don't bet on it, Vin.vinchez78 wrote:Think owners of Cobra's with the 1 million odometer would ever get to that many miles eventually??
Let's figure there are only a handful of Cobras with over 200K miles (and now we seem to know of one with 300K). Using 300K ... it took 20 years to get there. So it will take 40 MORE YEARS just to get to 900K assuming the same rate of use. What are the odds a Cobra owner will continue to drive 15,000 miles per year in a car that will age from 20 to 60 during that timeframe?
Then you'll still need to put another 100K miles on a 60 year-old car which will take another 6.7 years (still assuming the 15K miles/year rate).
I'm not aware of any cars from 1953 still being driven 15,000 miles a year. And hopefully I'll be around to note that I'm not aware of any 1993 Cobras being driven like that in 2053.
