The car is mine. I'm new to the board as of today. I finally found some reference to the commercial.

The car is all original, with the exception of the oil and the battery. My Dad bought it new and has just recently given the car to me.

It's Red with black cloth interior. Has 4709 miles on it. I don't know all the particulars as I still have to get all the paperwork on it. Once I have all the info I will register it.

So the story goes that Hagerty called my Dad and asked if they could use the car for a photo shoot. He said sure why not. So they came to get it, did the shoot, brought it home without a mark on it. The guy talking is just an actor. Why they said "Boss 302" is beyond me.

Unfortunately for picture I don't have anything recent. The car is currently in the Denver CO area and I'm in the Detroit area. I'm trying to plan a trip to Denver sometime in May so hopefully then I will have some new current pictures.

However, as you can imagine a car with 4700 miles is virtually new. It has always been stored inside, never driven in any kind of weather, always covered. The tires look like they have hardly been used and I do have an NOS set of wheels and tires still with all the factory markings on them. I'll probably use them for shows and such.

Hey lets not knock Boss 302's. Great cars. I grew up with those, my Dad had six of them. I remember being taken to school in my Mom's 70 Grabber Orange Boss. Everybody else showed up in a station wagon.
