On a side note....if that car did go to Guam, I have a possible explanation for it being in Seattle. When I was in the Navy I was attached to a P-3 Recon squadron called VQ-1. VQ-1 was based out of Guam. They relocated to Whidbey Island around 1994. Maybe this car was owned by a VQ-1 crew member and had the car shipped to the new duty station?? It was also common for a VQ aircrew member to join a VP squadron out of Whidbey. It's a long shot but who knows!

It appears to be much more blue than the Cobra.
I'll get a good shot of the two together. My wife is out of town for the next week in a half and its hard to get the two cars out of the garage at the same time while I'm watching the kids.
