white interior DIY!
I bought an 89 GT convertible metal model to match my car many years ago, but it came with a red interior vs. the white interior on the actual car. So, I finally did something about it!

I've seen some odd variations on the red interior cars. Anything from all red, mix of red and black on the dash and doors, as well as red and white like yours.

Since I missed the interior door panels, the GMP model went back into the paint booth today.

Top Tip: Use Tamiya masking tape, available at good hobby shops or online. Leaves no paint bleeding at all.
A friend has a very nice white '89 GT convert with the same interior:
The previous owner's large dog had chewed the right door panel, so I found this one on ebay, cleaned it up, and installed it. Pretty rare door panel to be on ebay, but there it was, and right when we needed it.
