I was wondering the same thing. Since when does a Hyundai dealership service a Ford?

I remember PA inspection... fairly easy to pass, unless your car is a "turd"! Its been over 10 years, what has changed other than the gas cap? Does PA require any emissions testing yet?

When I lived there, it was only a safety inspection, no emissions. I agree with keeping the cars safe also.

Those cars suck most every owner thinks they are worth GOLD ...i dont think they were numbered like the cobras and the only story the owners tell is the 7up contest that didnt happen when there was more to the story .

Some trivia about the "7Up" cars -
They were 1990 LX convertibles that were equipped with the following to differentiate them from other Mustangs - Deep Emerald Green clearcoat metallic paint (code PA); color-keyed body side moldings, fascia moldings and side view mirrors; white leather interior; white convertible top; and 15" GT "turbine" aluminum wheels.
They were not numbered like the Cobras. 4103 were built.
As for the contest ... 7-UP was planning on giving away 30 of these cars at the 1990 NCAA basketball finals in a contest in which a participant sinking a basket from center court was to drive home in one of the cars. At the last minute, the contest was canceled.
