Considering the sale of my 1993 Mustang Cobra #2226 Black on Gray leather. Hard top car. 118k mikes. Rust free southern car spent its life in Texas and Oklahoma. Same family owned it most of its life. Clean title. One repaint, vin tags present- passengers fender is an RDot, no accident records clean carfax. Was used for autocross at one point then kept in dry storage for 10 years. Mods include exhaust (bbk shorties, stock h pipe, spintech dumps) B303 cam, some maximum Motorsports suspension work, heater core bypassed, and frame ties. Needs finishing touches/ trim work. Runs and drives. Has a new fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, oem injectors. Original engine and transmission. Shifts well, clutch feels strong. Could use a good clay bar and cleaning/ detailing, suspension freshen up, and the windshield is cracked.
Great car for a first time Cobra owner, foundation for a build, or someone to button it up and drive it. This car will require some work, it’s not a show car. It is a real cobra and it’s rust free and a great starting point. A couple weekends of work and some resourcefulness and it will make someone a great driver I believe. I'll probably regret selling it as prices rise on these cars but I'd like to thin the herd and focus on my vibrant cobra car.
