I am going to revise my bet....35-40K range.........I wonder if auction house will note non-original motor....Looks like radiator has been replaced also.......

I am going to guess $30-35k depends how much scotch and if they disclose its the wrong engine-which they probably won't its buyer beware.

It's not on Mecum's site yet. The auction dates are April 24-26th. I confirmed with the dealer that it has been committed to the auction.

It's going to be in the Kansas City Mecum auction on April 24-26th. I just spoke with the guy and he has not yet decided what lot # to put it in yet, but he believes he'll place it in Saturdays.

No John, not this car!!!!......It's just that the last Cobra R that was auctioned was the Auction America car that went for 46K plus buyer's premium.....That was from the ill-fated partner of Paul Walker..........The one that Roger would never return our phone calls about, when he owned it prior to the auction......

The only other 1993R that I have ever seen at auction was at Barrett-Jackson in 1999....It went for about 25K, and I couldn't determine mileage/condition of that one.....It will be interesting to see what this
car brings, and if Seller will disclose the condition of the car......

So in 15 years, this will be only the 3rd car that I know of at auction.......

Well this Cobra R is listed as LOT S118 at the Mecum Auction in Kansas City....It is scheduled to go on the dock at 3:00PM on Saturday, April 26th.....Still listed as #19......I guess the old saying "Buyer Beware"
will be appropriate..........

I sold the car for 46k. But back then wrapper cars where close to 100k.I did offer him 30k to get it back last month.
