You might have piston to valve clearance issues with an F-303. AN E-303 with the 1.7's will work for sure but don't know if the F will clear. I had a buddy with AFR 185's and an F cam and they had to cut the pistons to make it work. Beings stock heads have smaller valves I'm not sure if you'll run into an issue or not.

I don't think you will see much over what a B or E cam would offer with stock heads. F cam 'might' be overkill because our heads in stock configuration stop flowing decently at .500 lift.
Instead of going with a alphabet cam look into a custom cam or some of the custom off the shelf grinds that AFM offers. I am currently on my 2nd AFM cam and I am just as pleased with it as I was the first grind I used.

Knew a guy several years back that was running an F cam in his 93. He ventured down to Dixie from Indiana for some sort of escapade. Legitimate street tires on the car,a bottle in the hatch...needless to say some of the vagabonds went out for a little street racing later on in the night. Various and sundry cars present with and without street tires. This 93 got ate up out of the hole but sucked them down and spit them out by the end of third and fourth. Car pulled hard on top end with the F cam. Very distinct idle, I do remember that about the F cam.
Keep us posted on the F cam swap.

There is a easy joke to be made here, but I wont do it.
When I list my car forsale, if it dont sell fairly quick I might concider doing motor work to it.

What about this cam !!
Lunati 51025 would I have to change anything to make it work? Can I use stock 1.7's and not worry about piston to valve clearance ?
