Crankcase emission filter??
Crankcase emission filter??
So I'm looking thru my owners manual and I notice at every 30,000 miles it says to change the crankcase emission filter. Part# FA-1068 and I have no idea what they're talking about. I thought at first it was the pcv valve. But it is part# EV-98 and it also says to change that. ANYONE???

Re: Crankcase emission filter??
It's the little mesh/screen element that sits in the lower manifold, below the PCV valve.

Ahh. Awesome man! Thanks a lot. I didn't think that was changeable.

Honestly, you could probably take that filter out...hit it with a can of brake clean and it'll be good as new!93N8 wrote:Ahh. Awesome man! Thanks a lot. I didn't think that was changeable.
