Which exhaust?

Mine is being put back together. I'm in Afghanistan, so can't download youtube clips of exhaust sounds. I'm looking for that deep crisp 5.0 sound at idle and when you get on it, you know it means buisness. I already have BBK shorty headers on. So am I looking at BBK x-pipe with flowmaster cat back?
Thanks

Looks like someone knows their units. I have to change that. I live in Germany now. I have my Lightning there too! I was aviation, not crazy enough to be a ranger.
I might just go with X and Flowmaster then, like I thought. Watned a couple extra opinions. It's getting closer to being done.

Cool, I bet Germans will love the 93 all American Cobra! What was the reason to put it back together?

Bought it from SpeedFreak back in '07 in pieces, no engine, no tranny, on spare rims, dash laying on the floor and the engine bay was primered with all the holes filled in. Speedfreak sold it to a local shop owner in his town so the jackbutt decided to make it a drag car and gutted it, then left it for dead. So Speedfreak bought it back, and that's the story. Has all original body parts, 88k miles on her. It's almost back together. Bought original 93 rims, repainted them, donor original 93 motor and tranny, new brake lines, new pads and rotors, i can keep going. I have a update on the car somewhere in here. You can see the progress. And I still wont be able to drive it till I come back from Germany. I have a Lightning buddy in ATL that is finsihing it off. He has rebuilt and customized many Fox bodies. Can't wait! almost 8 years and I'll be able to drive it. LOL!

I bought it while I lived in Hawaii, stored it in WI, and worked on it during leave. Then moved to Savannah, put it in my garage, did a 13 month deployment, then more schools, and moved to Germany, and going to live there for a minimum of 3 years. It sounds crazy, but i'm used to the military and always gone. Car has about 3,000 miles on a trailer. lol

Magnaflow catted X & mufflers on my LX My son has Spin Techs on his LX. They are quieter than Magnaflow when you cruise (i.e. no FOX body drone) and really bark when you wind it up.

I just bought Borla s-type stingers. Ive only heard them on a 03 cobra and the sound was great, so I can't wait to get them put on my car.

You will love the xpipe sound. Run an old school Dr. Gas Xpipe (off road) plus 2 chamber flowmasters on mine. It talks to you at idle and wails at WOT...

Now if I can find someone that is selling a set up. Have to budget. I have so much into this car and still doesn't drive.
