Headlight Switch Mod: Park Light & Foglight at same time

Anyone done the headlight switch mod? I read about it a while back somewhere, but can't remember how it is done?
So that you can drive with just the park lights and fog lights on and override that stupid switch.

Why don't you like it?? I was all about it until it talks about running a power wire to the battery, I hate that, it looks so cheap.

Exactly, it doesn't look very professional. And for all the time I that I drive the car
I can turn them on myself!
