Fan Cracking

So I just noticed my fan is cracked to hell... Anyone else had this happen? Guess 20 year old plastic get brittle. Is there a good replacement available?

i have seen more cracked fans than i have non-cracked fans, and have never seen one come apart or break

Thanks for the info. 106k on the fan if it's the original one. This one looks like its gonna blow apart at any monent. Think ill replace it for good measure and a piece of mind.
