1993 Cobra Registry

Need help finding what this connects to it is a braided wire one end is connected to my fire wall don't know we're the other end goes.

Looks like a ground strap. Usually connects the hood to the body.

Not in the Cobra. This goes from the firewall to the rear of the engine somewhere below the driver-side valve cover. I cannot see exactly where it connects from looking into the engine bay from above.

bolt it to the back of the head.

Hmm, learn something new everyday! On my '03 Terminator it linked the hood (which was fiberglass??) to the body.

Agreed. The pic just made it easy to understand why the attachment point was too difficult to see from looking at the engine bay from above.

My SSP car has them on all 4 corners of the hood and trunk lid.

I could see the need, with all the radio equipment a SSP Fox body was probably equipped with back in the day.
