Just a Lazy question since I don't want to get the manual

is there not supposed to be a High Beam indicator light on the dash?

I only ask because I can't get one to show,
and the
State inspector was kind enough to pass the cars out of state inspection without it!
they can get over the top with these things

so just thought I'd ask
and if so is it a burnt bulb!
everything else works

and that means I need to pull the seats, front bumper and a bottle of crown out to replace?
or just find someone that is not 6'4 - 204 lbs to crawl up under the dash to pull that little sucker!
not to mention I'm almost 62 and I don't bend like I use to!

Dont think you can get it from behind the dash , think you need to pull the cluster. Or Dont sorry about it, unless your driving at night?

Pretty easy fix, just take the surround off the cluster, then remove a couple bots that hold the cluster in and pull it up a bit to reach behind. Then twist the bulb holder out, replace and re-install, repeat steps 1-20. LOL Or take admin advise and leave alone.

that little ole light don't bother me!

as a matter of fact!
these car did not come with a high beam indicator light!
or at least that's what I will be telling the inspector next year!

but will save the vid just in case!

Hopefully, you get an inspector that is as dim as the burnt out bulb in your Cobra. Otherwise, he'll know that ALL cars have been required to have high beam indicator lights for years.
