i think so, as long as there is enough metal frame in the console to secure the radio sleeve.

Just don't drill into the console. I cringe every time I see 4 screws holding a radio assembly.

i have an undrilled console, and want the radio to look as if it was a factory install.
thats why the thread. I'm asking for pics as I know many have done it.

I've never seen a kit that doesn't have the screws for it, I have used a few older style filler pieces that ford used in some other cars to fill the gaps. Don't really have any pictures, but kinda looked like ^^^ that one. May have to go junk yard hopping, the thunderbird 94+ mustang and older taurus's used some decent filler pieces.

i *think* the cage or sleeve's tabs will bend over enough frame in there to solidify it?
thats all its gonna take I think, but i do have that white plastic track hanger to add to the mix.

ive heard lots of people say the cobra R radio delete kit make a good install kit. just cut it to fit your radio, look on ebay for them.

I have one of those too that I started off with....
Was going to snap the tray loose from the top and use?
Are we suggesting to try to incorporate part of the delete panel into?
