All the newer autoparts stores suck!

I bought new upper control arm bushings and can't for the life of me find any local auto-part stores that have the tool to rent out.... I'm going to try Napa and worst case scenario my car will have to be on jack stands a little longer as I will have to order my own tool from Maximum Motorsports.
Anyone know of a good way to back the bushing cups out of the axle without the tool?
I have a feeling they have been on the Cobra since 1993.
