5.0 cobra motor redline?

What is the redline of our cobra motors? Does the computer pull spark or fuel at redline?
Also, on a stock motor, what are rpm do you guys shift for 'spirited'
acceleration?

See where the red begins on your tach? Ford made it red for a reason.
5800 rpm.

4200-4500rpm.

Thanks. Wasn't sure how accurate the tach markings were compared to what's actually happening in the computer.
