Claims they are 93 from the stamp date, would want Goodyear to verify, and dont see a big market for them, but who knows...

I've seen sticker tires for R models bring that but its not often and more of the 93's are in storage than the others so...... tough sale.

That is a little steep for tires that are almost 20 years old. I would almost rather buy the same style tire just recently produced being they are $161.00 a tire. http://discounttires.com/product_detail ... =1080&t=GS

Wow, the price is steep, but, if you take somebody who is determined to put there 93 cobra back to oem, like the day it was built, correct specifications,,,, or someone with a low low mileage cobra that dont have the original tires on it, then that, Would be a nice set of tires to have!!

They've been using 4 digits since 2000 to date code them, so these are indeed 93 tires that were molded in September of that year.

He's out of his mind on price, but that's nothing new. All of his stuff is extremely high, but he always has hard to find stuff for the most part and of good quality.

Buddha is right they switched to 4 digits in 2000. I have a set dated 2000 for sale in a different thread for $300 and they are not exactly flying off the shelf.

Anyone ever actually bought anything from that eBay seller? I tried to buy an intake emblem (which was actually fairly priced) and he came back and said he was out of stock.

I know he goes by another user name on there, but I can't think of it off hand. Few guys don't like him on the other boards, but whatever. I've never seen any of his stuff with a reasonable price, but he sticks to his guns so I give him credit for that. I've never bought anything from him, but I'm always looking to see what he has.

I think there is an OEM intake emblem on there right now for the price of the repro ones. Do a search.
