what do you have aginst a Ford tooling Light? made out of the same mold as the original, has the same part # on it. You can not tell the apart, Buy the Ford Tooling versus a used one any day, Just my 02 is all.

Don't those new ones have tape-on pinstriping, versus painted like the original? That could be the issue. Still, if I was restoring one, I'd probably go that route and get both sides rather than pay what they want for NOS originals these days.

I ALREADY BOUGHT THE FORD TOOLING LIGHTS AND THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ONES ONE MY CAR (PINSTRIPES ARE WAY OFF). I ALSO ALREADY BOUGHT A OEM LIGHT IN THE FORD BOX AND THE PROBLEM WITH THAT IS ITS BEEN IN THE BOX SO LONG ALL THE GRAY WAS RUB OFF AND ALSO DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE ONE ONE MY CAR. IF I WAS NEEDING BOTH LIGHTS I WOULD LIVE WITH THEM BUT SINCE MY CAR HAS 13,000 ON IT AND THE DRIVERS SIDE IS PERFECT
THATS WHAT I NEED FOR THE PASS SIDE
ALSO CAN ANYBODY LOOK REALLY CLOSE ON THERE CAR BECAUSE MINE SURE LOOK LIKE THE ARE SOME KIND OF TAPED STRIPE

I have a few , I will look at them this weekend and see if I have a nice one , if so I will sell it or trade you. the originals are painted on, and have the blank space on the end, and sometimes you can see were they picked up the paint brush and restarted on the corners.

The stripes are by no means tape stripes, They are painted on and paint only, I have restored like 10 Sets and have gotten very good at it. They are Charcoal in color not black. If you need any information let me know. Thanks
