They don't come up for sale too much, here is a picture to show what he is looking for. It is in the bottom left corner of the picture.

Easy enough for a commercial print shop to reproduce and then simply hand cut the rest. I wouldn't spend big money on it. A designer with any skills at all should be able to knock that out and charge probably 20-30 finished and in your hands.

Of course, you would need the dimensions for it. Could probably approximate by comparing to other items in the pic.

This tag makes me laugh. It's amusing that there was once a time when car owners had to be warned not to pump the gas pedal while starting their cars. It's been 27 years since my daily driver had a carburetor!
