iM working on building the correct engine for my car I need valve covers,heads,cam and cold air box mass air meter and all.

Here's some other recommended items for returning your car's engine bay to stock - ignition coil cover, Motorcraft battery, distributor cap cover, plug wires, and the three stickers for the radiator support assembly ('coolant service', 'air conditioner' & '5.0L Drive Belt Installation'). You'll have to remove the buck tag if you want to correctly place the 'coolant service' sticker.

yep that buck tag goes behind the left headlight,
