I have a set of 4 chrome wheels just finished in chrome decided to stay with the stock look they are oem 17x7.5 done by cal chrome

How much shipped to 66512 if they are oem wheels? Meriden Ks. Do they have the ford numbers still under the center caps on the wheel itself? Thanks
