Thanks for the suggestions, but it looks like these thing sare getting scarce.

Local Ford dealer told me that all remaining inventory for F3ZZ-8509-A went to www.vpartsinc.com. As of a couple months ago, they had 48 of them in stock for around $45/ea.

50resto.com had them for around $43 at the same time. I got busy with life, dodging hurricanes, and so on and managed to put this off. Now, as is usually my luck, they are all gone. 50resto says they have no idea if or when they'll receive any more. Vintage Parts is all out as well.

There was a new one on ebay for $70 or $80, which seems like a lot. There is another guy on ebay who was selling billet versions of the Cobra pulley. Seeing as it's for my 91, not my 93 - I really don't care if it's OEM or not. I simply need the increased water pump flow as an experiment to hopefully cure my cooling issues.

Thanks!
-Darrell

On a local AZ Mustang board:

You may have to join to respond to the seller, but it's no big deal and free to do.

Thanks for the link. I had previously contacted one of the guys on ebay and he was in the process of setting up an ebay store to sell his billet versions. I ordered one last night and should have it here soon. With any luck, it'll help keep my turbo 91 below 215 degrees!

It doesn't help for anyone looking for a OEM pulley, but for a non-Cobra application, this is the way to go for now...

I received the pulley from Brian several weeks ago and it's beautiful. Fits perfectly, as well!
