Well here it is at the dealer. I do believe that this is the same car.

Wow, the dealer did mark it up.

Oh yea the OP was very up front about everything but I bet the dealer isn't that easy to get info out of.

Car was never "wrecked." Was hit in the passenger rear qtr panel and had the rear bumper replaced..."wrecked" sounds so...bad? Haha...

Thanks Brett, I tried to be as upfront with everyone as I could be...but you can only tell so much in emails, pictures, etc...

I didn't feel I was asking for more than what the car was worth to be honest...but I just got tired of sitting on it and wanted to move forward sooner rather than later. I had one gentleman from Florida who was ready to come and get it for $12,500 but he could not get finances in order in time before he went back out to sea with the Navy...so after 10+ 9k-10k offers I decided to see what a dealer would do for me. They offered more than I expected to be honest, and I wanted to move on and get things rolling on paying of some stuff around the house and start looking for an S197. So there is the long story short...ha

If I would of taken the time and effort to put the oem stuff back on the car, do alittle touch up paint work, and put the a/c back on sure I could of probably gotten exactly what I was asking...but I just wanted to move on and be done having to deal with it.

Back, from the dead!

Anyone know where my car ended up?

I had someone from Pittsburgh email me about it, saying he bought it from the dealer but he never got back to me after one email.

Here it is again in the Pittsburgh area. Keeps going up in price though....
Wrong market to buy and sell in a short time if your trying to make a profit on these cars. I think....

Sad to see it sitting in someone elses driveway other than mine...hopefully it finds a good home.

Anyone here with any interest in this car feel free to PM me...I am the original owner.
