Yeah, you are a good group of guys even with the repair bickering back and forth, lol. I was happy to run across the site and see one existed for these cars, they are awesome. It's just too hard for me to leave cars stock and if I was to buy it and keep it it would only be stock for about a week and I don't want to do it to this car. I will buy one to mod up soon I'm sure.RollTide93 wrote:Well I hope you do get it and make sure and atleast mention the site, would be cool to have someone abroad on hereTTlambo wrote:I have his flight itinerary so I removed out of respect to him. X2. You're certainly right about these cars TT and you're right about this site. It's a lot of fun and you learn quite a bit from all the posts.
And take it from the owner of a highly modded Cobra ... you will have a blast modifying a car like this. Be sure to start a thread and post pics when you do.

Car Officially SOLD !!!!!
Car Officially SOLD !!!!!
Well guys, I said that I would update on the sale.
The car went to Canada and the new owner is very excited, he said no one has them where he is at. He also said he had been watching eBay for about 7 months off and on and he was looking for the teal color because it reminded him of his old car.
I did ask him about lower mileage cars on there in the same price range? He told me he has seen them and people claim them to be mint but only post 4-5 pictures. What drew him to this one is that it had many detailed pictures and he had a good feel for the car with out asking for more.
I'm a big believer in many, many (even over kill) pictures when selling and it does pay off! He did pay full price for it $18900 and I have to admit that is rare. After taxes(13%canada) shipping and everything else he is going to be into that car for 22k +, wow!
On the plus side he says he is going to keep it for 20 years min. So I don't think we will see #4991 ever again?

Re: Car Officially SOLD !!!!!
Congrats! Maybe Canadians don't know how to haggle. I sold my Harley a few months back to a guy in Canada and he paid my asking. Didn't even ask if I was flexible with price.13GT500 wrote:Car Officially SOLD !!!!!
