Not only missing vin tags, the paint on the front bumper doesn't match the fenders. Also, the Autocheck avail. from the eBay listing mentions an accident involving the left front in 2006.

And you want the readers of this thread to believe that the eBay seller told you want he paid for the car from the craigslist seller and the cost of all of the new items he put on the car so you know exactly how much profit there is at this point in time?

And you're most definitely quite a bit if you think a Cobra with a potential mileage issue and not the best accident repairs will sell for $12K.

He lives an hour from Cincinnati, I bet he didn't ship it. If you look at the autocheck report on ebay, it still shows the mileage checked through the years and one owner. I bet he hasn't even registered it in his name yet, Ohio is a notary state on the title. If you zoom the picture the front tbumper has the wrong color rivets and aligned piss poor.

Don't get but hurt about the deal, it happens everyday of the week and year. You would have done the same deal out on the west coast. It's about making money, but its a first come first serve basis, obviously you weren't the first buyer!

The seller told me what he paid for it so I know. And I doubt all of what he has put into the car equals a thousand, but even so it's still got 5 days.
