That salesman sounds super honest. Wonder why he traded it in, what with its super rare "5.0L V8 SMPI DOHC 32V" and all.

Also, those tail light lenses look pretty faded out for a car that allegedly has 14K miles on it. Wonder what the CarFax says...

Carfax on this car shows 3 owners. But doesn't really have any mileage history. Just shows 58 miles at 1st owner purchase and that is it.

Anyone look at the pictures on the link? Think it's 16k miles or a rollover. Paint on the chips looks thick to me but maybe not?

The front bumper for sure has been painted, the inside and engine bay look like a 16k mile car, but the underneath is pretty nasty, and Im sure its had some paint work.

Hey gents, it looks like this one is up for sale again. I think it is the same one you guys are going back and forth on. Looking to see if anyone has any insight on it. My biggest curiosity would be why it needed a new radiator with only 17K miles.

That's it. When I walked away from the deal we were at $19,500 best I can remember. So I imagine he bought the car in that price range.

12svt, why did you end up walking away from the deal? Was it the rock chips you mentioned earlier and the new radiator? Did you ever get to see what the interior looked like?

Mostly the distance. It was 14 hours approx. from me. I didn't want to ship sight unseen, or make the trip if I wasn't pretty confident the car was a clean, original, low mileage cobra. At the time I just wasn't confident it was everything it was claimed to be for me to make a move on the car. The owner at that time had sent me lots of pictures and the interior was very nice.
