I'm looking for a Black 1993 Cobra with less than 5,000 miles.

Car has to be all original, with window sticker with no paint work.

If anyone has one with 10 miles to 5,000 that is interested in selling I will pay above market price for it.

Yeah it had 27 miles and was wrapper. Some collector bought it.

That’s not counting the black one that was on eBay for 60k that the dog chewed up the side molding.

So that 4 blacks that sold in the last 2 months under 5k. Glws you will find one

That's what I tend to see a lot of. With Ford keeping a fresh lineup with new, better, more HP Mustangs, it keeps the used Mustang market moving. Look at the 2013/2014 Shelby's for example. You can get wrapper cars just under $50k when the stickered for $65k and guys paid that and more. Bad for sellers, great for buyers.

That would not be a sound investment. The 13/14s were the pinnacle of the S197 GT500, but they weren’t leaps and bounds above their predecessors like the Terminators were. If the 13/14 came out in 2007 and only ran for 2 years, they would be a great investment car to own. Each iteration of the S197 GT500 was an improvement on the prior year groups, but not an enterly different car.

The wrapper cars that come out in 10 years will disappoint the people that speculated on them.

The 2019 GT500 sounds like it will be BEAST!

Looks like somebody snapped it up already though. Car is absolutely pristine. As close as any wrapper car you will get. I've seen lower mileage cars with more dust under the hood and on them than this car. A read a few posts with 13/14 owners complaining about owners selling relatively low mileage cars (teens) for mid to low 40's, that these sellers are depreciating their cars, but it's just plain and simple fact. Plenty of these low mileage cars to be had, simple supply and deman. I'm not pointing any thing out new here, plenty of articles out there on it.

Anybody that is sitting on a $65k 13/14 wrapper car for an investment is an idiot. Even in a shitty economy, I can make 5% with safe investments. Compound that over 10 years. It's simple math. Every year they hold out is a year they are flushing money down the drain. These cars aren't 68 1/2 Shelby Cobra Jet's.
