All 79-93 Mustangs front clips are usually a shade or 3 off. They are made from different material than the rest of the car.

Yup, hell, my front bumper is a brown/black. It's the yellow shaded urethane color that does it.

That's my old 93 cobra it's a clean car 100% original the current owner put the gatorbacks on and the correct battery terminal it had a after market positive when I owned it also had the carpet replaced before I bought it and a after market radiator but I had the original and it went with the car when I sold it as far as the front I always thought it had some type of work done to it at some point because the yellow date stamp was not there on the radiator support rather somebody painted it on in red paint that always stood out to me but all in all a really nice example
