Unfortunately not the first time I've heard this complaint on other boards.
Kevin, if you are stretched too thin to OK the new members, update the registry, etc, you can pass those permissions on to a trusted moderator and free up some more of your time. I do that on another phpBB board. These boards are a lot of work, and much nicer to run if the jobs are divided.

It's a bit out of my area, but my brother Dan happens to be an expert in this field. He owns his own ISP, FastQ.com.
I asked him about getting Frontpage and he had a negative reaction to that. He said that MS cancelled it, 2003 was the last version, there were problems with trojans, viruses, and other malware, and he wiped it from all of his work computers. He recommends WordPress, says it's light years ahead and the preferred tool for modern forums and blogs - makes things tons easier.
Again, not my area, I would have to learn it, but it looks like it'll do the job. Thoughts?

I'm the one who started that post on svtp. I really think more than one person should run this site. It has the capability of being an excellent site. But the whole website seems very outdated and is hardly ever updated as far as the new members and the registry goes.
Now i don't know anything about computers and websites to offer any advice. But i could always help moderate, although i'm sure you don't need any help with that. So i'm just voicing my concern with the website.

Still not in either
I'm still not listed either, have sent the info in three times, I started an Excel spreadsheet with all the Cobras and am updating as I can find them.

Re: Still not in either
I did the same thing. I started it about a year and a half ago. Up to 822 Cobras so far not including the Cobra R's#2098 wrote:I'm still not listed either, have sent the info in three times, I started an Excel spreadsheet with all the Cobras and am updating as I can find them.

This is a pretty cool site I'd have to say. But I do see the lack of update. Although I am A Newbie on here I too sent the info of my car for the registry about a month ago. And still not on it. But I did get a lot of got research and info on here from members. I will say that, the members on here are very informative.
Registry
Hey MMM347 , maybe we should exchange spreadsheets and have one compiled one, I continually hit e-bay auctions and autotrader to get info on missing Cobras. The tech side of this site is great just a little slow on getting cars in the registry. Wonder if FORD has any records available on the build numbers with VIN and original dealers on these cars still. Maybe Marti could help he is the man on the original ponies....
