Congrats. I know a guy in New England who also just sold his house in a day whats that about? No houses up there FS?

If your house shows well, like upgrades it will sell quick! My house got 3 offers in one day all over asking price!!

Ha! Or I priced it right in the correct real estate market..? Either way I guess I'm happy. Sold my house, keeping my cars, got a promotion, building a custom home, buying a RED truck ( thinking tundra TRD). Life is good
