IMO, 4.10s are better for the track and 3.55/3.73s for the street. I have 3.55s on my Cobra and they provide a noticeable improvement over stock acceleration w/o sacrificing the car's ride on the highway.DadzCobra wrote:Your car came out really great! Yours is bone stock no?
Yes bone stock except for exhaust. I like the 4:10's, i don't drive on the interstate much at so they work for me.

I have 4.10's in mine. like the acceleration. don't like the higher rpms at freeway speeds. not so great on gas either. all depends on when, where, and why you drive it. I have to agree with Z on this. 3.55 or 3.73 are better for the street, especially if you plan to add any power.

I'm running 373s in mine and they are no problem on the highway and in-town driving isn't bad either. My buddy has 410s on his supercharged 91GT and is looking to swap to 355 0r 373 as he doesn't like the 410s cruising around town.
