resize first with "paint"it comes on all versions of windows, click start, all programs, accesories,paint, ,, click file, open , select picture from computer, then click image, then attributes, change the size then save.

You have to do it for every picture you want to post, if your using photobucket just copy and paste the last link in the box on the right to the forum page.
