1480 & 1508

Recently through a mutual friend I was introduced to the owner of 1480 as I was trying to locate a car to buy myself.

Both cars have 19k miles.

Just thought it was cool that two cars with close build #s and similar mileage would end up in the same area. So I wanted to get a few pictures of them.

Hey, took notice the West Virginia tag. Where about are you guys? We're just on the east side of Frederick Md and trying to get a group of people we know of that have a '93 cobras for a cruise. Maybe we're close enough to meet up.

That's pretty cool to have a neighbor with the same car and interests. We are both just outside of Charleston, WV. Both of us plan to be at Foxtoberfest this October as well if you make it down there.

Interesting enough, both my cars, 1998 and 2364 were out of PA. The dealerships are only about 30 minutes apart.

Both ended up in Florida where I purchased them.

Marple Ford, in Broomall and Geo M Yokum in Landsdale, so says the registry.

I can confirm the Marple Ford car (my black one) as I have all the dealer pre-order letters, preferred equipment packages order sheet, etc. some of it dated back to June of 92'. It's actually pretty cool, as I don't know that I've seen any other car this well documented before they were even available. I should post it up, just for kicks. Funny, as there was no dealer "market value" markup. The guy paid sticker for it, nothing more. I forget I have the stuff sometimes, it's fun to look at.

Funny thing, the registry says my car was sold at one dealer but all the paper work points to another. Musta been DX'd?
