That is why I wanted a teal! The teal just stands out so much more and true enthusiast can tell its a cobra just by the color. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE DRIVE!!! Thursday can't come quick enough......... I'll be picking the car up around 10 am for the drive back, it will take about six hours to get back up to northern california.

ya my red doesn't get as many looks. People think it's just a regular fox. People did check it out a lot on the drive back from socal though but I think cause it was on a trailer with a nice harley F-150 towing it. I really wanted teal also. And it's got matching floormats, mine had black ones (don't know why). I'm just not ready to spend a grip on 93 cobra ones yet. Have fun on the drive back you will get lots of attention with the teal for sure. And I have yet to see one in our area and I've lived here for 28 years so I think we will be the only 2.

These cars dont break necks anymore. 99% of the general population dont know what a 93 cobra is or couldnt care less. I drive my teal almost daily in nice weather and hardly ever get any looks. It is cool once in a while when you come across a mustang guy who does know what it is but for the most part these are just old cars. Lucky for me though I bought my car because I love to look at it and dont give a FK if anyone else does.

Come on? I am sure these Cobras still draw attention especially from MUSTANG people... Yes it is an eighteen year old car but fox body mustangs are already classics!

Don't be disappointed. You might get a little more attention being it's a teal car but I get hardly any in town accept occasionally from a mustang guy or a kid who thinks it's old school, ha! Maybe because everything nowadays has 22's and is lifted to the sky or dumped. And many people just don't understand what these cars are.

Mine always gets a few looks, and sometimes a throttle blip when I run into any of the few remaining ricers still on the road.

Ya I'm sure other places they get a lot of attention but from what I've seen here in northern cali all people have is lifted & lowered trucks or chrysler 300's with 22's, so a stock looking older but not too old mustang doesn't get many looks. The foxbody's always end up torched anyways so you don't see a nice one very often. Basically bling is what gets attention around here.

Chiming in here a little late on the does the cobra get looks thing.

Well I can say my TEAL attracted a MD State Trooper to look and look hard enough to see I didn't have a FRONT tag couple of weeks ago.

Couldnt believe it. I have been up and down the same road with mine '03 Cobra without no front tag on it for the last 7 years and have never been pulled over for that. Got off with a warning.
